A Gentle Nudge

I am starting 2020 with some encouragement and a gentle nudge. This is just as much for me as it is for you. .

My plan for this year is to dive into some new themes and explore new territory. The above drawing is an example of one of the paths I will be traveling. Drawing is going to become more important, as well as, the themes of “Ancestors”, “Moments” , and “Blue Dress”. I will continue painting and working with the color “blue”. BTW, did you hear that “blue” is the official color of this year? I was so way ahead on this one! .

So, here is my encouragement and gentle nudge.

I would like to encourage you to travel a path that you have not traveled before. Take a new journey into the unknown. Be an explorer. Be curious as you travel. Take some risks. (They don’t have to be big ones.)

And, my gentle nudge is to always be questioning and searching. Ask “What If?” and “Why Not”.

Be inspired by my drawing above. Whether you like it or not. I think it is a good example of me traveling an unexplored path. I am excited about the journey,  and looking forward to seeing where these new paths will take me, and how far I will go.

See how far you can go.

Best,

David
