PAINT UNTIL...
“In the brush doing what it’s doing, it will stumble on what one couldn’t do by oneself.”
~Robert Motherwell
Paint Until…
Paint until you can say, “That’s me!”
Paint until you can have fun painting.
Paint until you can enjoy the process. (The ups and the downs.)
Paint until you have more confidence.
Paint until you learn something new.
Paint until you can take your work seriously, not personally.
Paint until you can celebrate the thrill of creating something that did not exist.
Paint until you can paint in spite of fear.
Paint until you can be out of control and be OK with being out of control.
Paint until you know that you have created something amazing.
Paint until you are able to create paintings that you are proud enough to share…
…and then paint some more.
Best,
David
